Shipping Time

  • Delivery within the U.S.: 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will send a replacement order.

  • Please note that delays are more likely during the holiday season (November–December) and promotional periods.


⏱ Processing Time vs Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (separate from shipping time).

  • Orders are generally processed within 4–6 business days (checked, packed, handed to logistics, and dispatched).

  • During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.

  • Once processing is complete, our shipping carrier will pick up your package, and tracking information will be sent to you via email.


❌ Cancelling an Order

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes before your order is processed, a $20 transaction fee will be charged per order.

  • If we confirm that your order is already processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a recently placed order.
